Congratulations on the recent announcement. BSR is alive and well. Nobody is better than Brian in identifying young talent and bringing them up through the ranks, and having a full ladder system that you own will certainly speed up that process.

Wally Nellenbach! Jeez, he must be as old as me! Twenty years ago when I moved to the US, Wally lived about 5 miles from me in Dexter NY but we never got together and now I don’t even know where he lives. I hope to see him at the reunion. I also hope to see Stu Moore, Danny Burritt, Adam Mitchell, Adrian Lapham, Don McKnight and any other old farts who are still around. I don’t want to see Clive Rayman since the last time I saw him, he told me I was fat. I’m only “stocky” and I am this way simply to keep the women from hitting on me.
By the way, I wonder if Brian and Adam remember a trip to St. Jovite in the yellow crew cab singing “Name that Tune.” Also, tell Brian that I have been back in touch with Ian Coristine. Apart from being a decent Formula B peddlar back in the day, he is now a pretty gifted photographer. He remembers a dinner with Brian and I at St. Jovite about 30+ years ago!
I think you are doing a great job with this website Janet. Sometime when I am in Ottawa we will have to get together. Say Hi to the Hacker.

Well congratulations are in order. Brian is a saint to devote so much energy and advice to new drivers. I know what it takes to mentor future professionals and Brian is great at it.

Congratulations Brian for winning this prestigious award. Another well deserved accolade indeed. Brian’s name is certainly synonymous with Canadian motorsports and its heritage!

I don’t know anyone else in motorsports that puts themselves out there for all racers of all ages like he does!!!! He is truly a gentleman and an inspiration to everyone. Always forth giving with his racing knowledge.

I was right there with Wayne the day he crashed into the ambulance. He spoke to me before the race and had a premonition about his death. We forget that racing was seriously dangerous back in the Seventies!
