The BSR Leadership Academy is a unique leadership workshop that takes you behind the scenes of Canada's longest running and "most winning" auto racing team. Team Principal, Brian Stewart has won championships as a driver and team owner and fielded some of the sports fastest talents. Over 40 years as a mentor and coach he has led racing celebrities like Paul Tracy, Christiano Da Matta, Scott Maxwell and Wade Cunningham to the top of the podium.
Janet Stewart grew up at race tracks alongside her dad, polishing his cars, running the stopwatches and watching him cross the finish line first. Early in his career, she watched him carefully groom the next generation of drivers and lead them to victories. For the past 20+ years, Janet has become a well-respected expert in her own industry, working with leaders and their employees in the corporate world to help them create and lead "high performance work teams".
