Brian Stewart is one of the best known Canadian personalities in motor sports. He has lived and breathed racing for more than 40 years and has won championships as a driver and team owner. Recognized internationally as an auto racing professional who produces winners, his passion and success resulted in him being inducted into the Canadian Motorsports Hall of Fame in 2004. Paul Tracy, Bryan Herta, Airton Dare, Scott Maxwell, P.J. Jones, Marty Roth, Jaques Lazier, Christiano Da Matta and Wade Cunningham have all, at one time or another, driven race cars as part of the Brian Stewart Racing team. From a humble beginning in Port Glasgow, Scotland to the top of podiums around North America, you won't be disappointed by his lifetime of leadership and teamwork stories.

Janet Stewart-Lussier is an expert in helping leaders and their employees create high-performance work teams. Her more than 20 years of experience working with corporations to resolve key performance indicators like profitability, cycle times, operating costs and employee engagement have established her as an expert in her industry.

Before heading to the track, each member of your team will complete a personal confidential coaching call with Janet. You'll identify your personal leadership strengths and areas for improvement and identify your individual goals.

At the track:

Janet has designed a unique learning event that happens in and around the race event. Your team's customized learning agenda will include time in our luxurious on-site coach-classroom as well as "in the field" assignments. You'll use the racing events of the weekend as a real, live case-study. Using real-time, real-world data and information, you and your colleagues will explore the racing analogies and find the similarities and differences in your own industry. You'll also look at key moments in the BSR history that have defined the organization - some that have catapulted the team to the top of their game and others that have caused human and financial hardship. There are no secrets to be kept in this workshop. It's the real deal and you'll get to learn from the real history of BSR.

There is no question that during your FAST-TRACK on-site leadership workshop you will learn lots and have a ton of fun - but in business, it's what you do day after day that makes the difference in your profitability and long-term success. During the first call which happens before your track event, Janet will help you to establish personal development goals and a plan of action. During each call, you will uncover your leadership strengths and challenges and set 30-day improvement goals. In addition to a monthly Leadership Newsletter and weekly Personal Action Planning Guides, Janet will provide you with additional relevant development tools as necessary.
