What makes the difference between a racing team and a GREAT racing team?
What are the defining factors between a race car driver and a CHAMPION race car driver?
What can SET YOU APART from your competitors in your industry?
These are just a few of the questions to be explored and answered during the FAST-TRACK Leadership Workshop!
Once a year we open the Brian Stewart Racing Leadership Academy to the public - but there are only 10 spaces available so don't delay and be disappointed - register now!
This unique leadership workshop positions you as a guest of the legendary Brian Stewart Racing team - Canada's longest running and "most winning" auto racing team.

You'll go behind the scenes during this one-of-a-kind leadership workshop and have unprecedented access to the team talent - Brian Stewart, mechanics, engineers, drivers.
You'll get to rub elbows with the best in the business and have full access to the BSR compound.
With your paddock and grandstand passes you'll be invited into the private BSR enclave and have some of the best seats available to watch the races, including the Indy 500.
You'll feel like you're a part of the BSR team when wearing your BSR team shirts, cap and lanyard. And you'll be the envy of your friends when you show them your laptop-ready knapsack that is exclusive to the BSR Leadership Academy.
It comes complete with a BSR water bottle to help keep you hydrated on hot days at the track, BSR ear plugs to protect your hearing and a BSR leather padfolio and so you can capture your moments of inspiration and blinding flashes of genius, and a bottle of our very own sample of innovation, Mo's Gold!
As if that's not enough, our track photographer will capture the many special moments and in mid-June, you'll receive in the mail a limited-edition coffee-table-style book as the ultimate souvenir photo album.
While at the track you'll have access to the luxurious BSR Leadership Academy coach. Have lunch with the mechanics or just meet up with other Academy participants for a sandwich. And don't forget the private dinner with the team on practice day - a privilege extended only to those in the Academy.
Janet Stewart-Lussier is an expert in helping leaders and their employees create high-performance work teams. Her more than 20 years of experience working with corporations to resolve key performance indicators like profitability, cycle times, operating costs and employee engagement have established her as an expert in her industry.
Janet has designed a unique learning event that happens in and around the race event. Your learning agenda will include time in our luxurious on-site coach-classroom as well as "in the field" assignments. You'll use the racing events of the weekend as a real, live case-study. Using real-time, real-world data and information, you'll explore the racing analogies and find the similarities and differences in your industry. You'll also look at key moments in the BSR history that have defined the organization - some that have catapulted the team to the top of their game and others that have caused human and financial hardship. There are no secrets to be kept in this workshop. It's the real deal and you'll get to learn from the real history of BSR.
What does it mean to be last on the brake going into a corner in your industry?
How can you be first on the gas?
How can you be sure to beat your competition into corner one?
What can you do to stay out of traffic that will slow you down?
Who are your spotters?
What do your drivers' coaches do?
What makes the difference between an employee and a champion employee?
What does it take to lead a high-performance work team?
These are just a few of the key questions that you'll explore during the FAST-TRACK Workshop. Ultimately, you'll apply these lessons to your own industry and find ways to mitigate risk, drive revenue, reduce operating costs and take your team to the top of your industry's podium. As if that's not enough, Janet will be available to you throughout the event for private one-on-one coaching sessions.
We'll cover the key characteristics of great leadership gathered from a lifetime of accomplishment:
Communication skills - Good or bad, communication skills are often the defining factor in success and they can make or break you as a leader. See communication and coaching in action.
Inspire Creativity and Loyalty - What would you do for your employees? Compassion is that "touchy feely stuff" that people like to avoid. Find out what it looks like in the racing environment and the impact that has on team performance.
Common goals - How can you get a group of people who may not even really like each other to work together towards a common goal and beat your competitors to the finish line? Be surprised by the reality behind some of the great championship years and apply them to your situations.
Commitment - How do you contribute to your business? To what extent are you involved? How do you do what it takes to fill the gaps in your business? What happens when your truck driver suddenly quits and the rig has to get to the next race?
Passion - There is no problem that can't be solved. Learn about dozens of BSR ideas that have innovated the racing industry and explore your own innovation quotient.
